30 days of abs exersizes
Getting a six pack is not for everybody. You got to do two things: build muscle and loose fat. Lucky for me, losing fat is not nessecary since I am naturally skinny. So in my case it is just a matter of dedication and that made me wonder: What happens when I excersize my abs everyday for 30 days in a row? Will I get ripped abs like guys or will my body show no change?

Ok, to be fair. I did not start at level 0. I am already in shape. However, for this experiment I did not change my diet or other habits in my day to day life. I eat fast food, drink, smoke occasionally and do not take any bodybuilding supplements.
Results after 30 days
Yes, I get ripped abs by training for 30 days. It actually took only 17 days to spot a six pack with the naked eye. Unfortunately, it took me 25 days to figure out how to make a proper picture as proof.
